FROM THE VISUAL DEPT

Winter Clearance Accessories ConŐt

Proper Sale Tagging Mehtod

Good Afternoon,

In addition to the memo you have recently received regarding the Winter

Accessory Clearance directive, the visual team would like define the

appropriate method of sale tagging.

You have received yellow "Everything On sale 25% Off" Hang tags. These are

the tags that should be attached to each piece of sale accessory you have.

DO NOT place a point of sale tag on the sales ticket with the price AFTER

the 25% off, unless it had been previously reduced.

For example, the furry ear muffs (BAR-9001) were marked down to 19.99$ and

are now an additional 25% the last ticketed price, so you may leave the

point of sale ticket on this item.

Your winter outerwear jackets should be tagged as per the directive with

the 25% sale tags as well, again do not place a point of sale ticket on

the regular price tag, discounts are taken at the register.

Please go over the list of accessory sale items thoroughly to ensure all

items included are on the grid and prominently shown. You are allowed to

mix men's and women's accessories.

If you have any further questions about any of the above, or require

assistance with grid placement or the placement of the seamless tank

t-stand you were advised on as well be in touch with your visual

merchandiser as soon as possible.

See below examples of correct and incorrect ways of sale tagging as guided

above, as well as a photo of how your seamless tank t-stand should be

looking.

Thank-You,

Visual Team
